All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, however colours and images may vary depending on your device.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our United States fulfilment centre.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • International: 5-10 business days

Refunds & Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Blanca Bijoue Vip Membership

By subscribing to Blanca Bijoue VIP Membership, you agree to the following terms:

  • Membership Fee: The subscription includes a fee of $29.99 which is charged monthly.

  • Exclusive Benefits: Members receive exclusive discounts, early access to new collections, and special promotions.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your our website. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle and will still have access to all of Blanca Bijoue VIP MEMBERSHIP perks until then. Vip Blanca Bijoue Membership cancelations are eligible for refunds.

  • Changes to Membership: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the membership program at any time without prior notice.

You can cancel membership at any time via our “cancel my membership” option on our website or by emailing us at info@blancabijoue.com at least 3 days before your next billing period.

IMPORTANT: By placing your monthly recurring order of our VIP MEMBERSHIP - you will be charged $29.99 every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction. You will be charged $29.99 NOW and every 30 days thereafter

One-Time Purchase Billing Terms

1. One-Time Purchases (No Membership Required)
Customers are able to place orders on our website as a one-time purchase without enrolling in any membership or subscription. A membership is not required to complete a purchase.

2. Payment Authorization
By placing a one-time order, you authorize us to charge the full purchase amount to your selected payment method at the time of checkout. This is a single, non-recurring transaction.

3. No Recurring Charges
One-time purchases do not include any recurring billing, subscription fees, or future automatic charges. You will only be charged for the specific product(s) selected at checkout.

4. Pricing & Currency
All prices are clearly displayed on the website and are charged in the selected currency at checkout. Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be shown before completing the purchase.

5. Order Confirmation
After completing a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email summarising your purchase details, including the total amount charged.

6. Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns for one-time purchases are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Customers must follow the stated return process and conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
