At Blanca Bijoué, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery of your item.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both opened and unopened items, provided they are in a reasonable condition.

Items must not be:

  • Excessively worn or damaged beyond normal use
  • Missing key components

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process (RMA Required)

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within a short window after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the return process.
